10 Bosworth St., 617-422-0004. The Marliave has existed as a Boston dining landmark for more than 120 years, weathering two World Wars, the Great Depression and Prohibition. Its current incarnation, envisioned by Chef Scott Herritt of Grotto Restaurant, features French, Italian and New England cuisine, much of it mined from past menus and updated to include seasonal, locally farmed meat and produce.
